We Heard You – The Dining Program at Jackson Lab
Hello Everyone,
Earlier this year, 600+ of you shared thoughtful and honest feedback about your dining experience. We read every comment, listened closely, and got to work.
First, we want to say thank you. Customer Service received the highest rating across all three campuses, and we are incredibly proud of the Corporate Chefs team for the care and hospitality they bring each day. We know the future of this program is about continuing to invest in supporting, growing, and recognizing this outstanding team.
We are excited to share several updates now underway at your Jackson Labs Cafés:
Toast POS Is Now Live
Our new Toast point-of-sale system has launched across all locations, creating a more consistent checkout and online ordering experience. Toast will also improve our internal reporting, giving us a better understanding of your favorites.
New Daily Meal Deals
We are introducing a value-driven meal deal each weekday, served with chips and a drink:
- Monday: Two red hot dogs — $6.50
- Tuesday: BLT sandwich — $7.25
- Wednesday: Half sandwich and soup — $7.50
- Thursday: Grilled Chicken sandwich — $6.25
- Friday: Grilled cheese — $4.75
Globally Inspired Dishes & Rotating Menu Items
You asked for more variety and more globally inspired flavors. We are adding more variety, including a seasonal salad bar and an updated deli rotation.
Thoughtfully Prepared Vegetarian & Vegan Dishes
You will see more thoughtfully prepared vegetarian and vegan options woven throughout the menu, designed to stand as complete dishes rather than alternatives.
